What are the different types of Tickets?
The Museum has three types of Tickets:
– Adult Ticket
– Children Ticket
– Family Ticket which includes 2 adults with 2 children (5-15 years)

What is the minimum age to pay for a ticket?
Children under 5 years old can enter the cinema for free.

Can persons with wheelchairs access the Museum?
Yes.

Can I see what subtitles are displaying on a movie?
Yes, the subtitles are listed on the movie information page.

Can I bring food from outside into the Museum?
Food and beverages are not allowed inside the Museum.

Where do I collect my Tickets?
Purchased Tickets online will be sent to your email. You need to show at the counter to redeem the tickets and get access to the Museum. Walk-in customers can buy their tickets at the counter.

Is there a booking fee for online purchases?
No.

What forms of payment do you accept for online bookings?
We accept VISA/MasterCard credit and debit cards for online bookings.

Do I have to print my online tickets before coming to the Museum?
No need to print the tickets. Just show the QR code at the counter to gain entrance.

Can I print out my online tickets at the Museum?
No need to print the tickets. Just show the QR code at the counter to gain entrance.

How do I use my E-ticket?
Show your QR code at the Museum counter, the Museum staff will scan the QR code and if the code is valid you will gain access to the Museum.

How many tickets can I book online?
You can book as many you want.

What should I do if I don’t receive my booking receipt email?
Please email us to info@museumofillusions.om or phone: +968 97333233. Provide your name and the booking date and time. If you wish to visit the Museum, please provide proof of the purchase at our ticket counter (eg an sms from the bank).

Can I exchange my ticket?
Booked a ticket and can’t make the session? Don’t worry about it, we can swap your booked session time for another time in the same Museum. Visit our ticket counter on the day prior to the session. Subject to availability of the preferred session time.

How do I make group or private bookings?
Please email us at info@museumofillusions.om with details of the size of group and event that you would like to organize.
